Welcome to Keller Williams! We are excited to have you onboard here at Keller Williams Realty. In efforts to help with a smooth transition, please follow the below steps one at a time. After the completion of the steps, our Agent Services Director will be in touch with you for the next steps. They will be your direct contact and guide through your whole onboarding experience
STEP 1 - CHANGE OF EMPLOYER W/ REAL ESTATE COMMISSION
The PA Real Estate Commission now accepts applications online . To file a change of employer application, the licensee must log on to their account at www.pals.pa.gov and click on the green pencil icon next to their license number in the "Professional License Details" section of your dashboard. Enter the new employer brokerage number of RB066687 (Merek LLC). You can then complete the process online and pay the fee with a credit card. Once this is completed, our broker will be notified to accept the application.

STEP 2- KW OFFICE ONBOARDING DOCUMENTS
STEP 3: COMPLETE KELLER WILLIAMS REALTY INTERNATIONAL ONBOARDING DOCUMENTS
We will be emailing you an invitation to Join Keller Williams Realty to your email address from "no-reply@system.kw.com (subject: KW Invitation!)" with a link to the KW Joining Portal.
From there, you will be guided through a simple account setup process to create your new KW profile, set up your login information, learn more about KW culture, name a sponsor, and enroll as a new agent at Keller Williams Realty.
As soon as you complete the process, you will be able to immediately login to Command (agent.kw.com).
STEP 4: BRIGHT MLS TRANSFER AND LISTINGS
In order to transfer your Bright membership, please see attached steps.
Our broker code for Bright MLS is KWEASTBR2. If you are transferring listings, the step by step process is also attached. Listings cannot be transferred until the Bright membership have been transferred and approved.
FINAL DETAILS
Once we receive your paperwork and the above steps are completed, please allow 1-2 business days for our tech team at Scott LeRoy Marketing to complete setup of your website, importing contacts (if applicable), email and various other KW Technology systems.

YOUR HOMEWORK DURING THE TRANSITION
- Your Contact Database: Utilize this link to have the .csv file of your database uploaded into Command, our CRM, by Scott LeRoy Marketing. Use the login of 827 (our Market Center #) to login.
- Submit Your Headshot: Use this link to have Scott LeRoy update your headshot on all KW platforms. Use the login of 827 (our Market Center #) to login. Send a copy to frontdesk827@kw.com.
