Welcome to Keller Williams! We are excited to have you onboard with us! In effort to help with a smooth transition, please follow the below steps one at a time.
Steps to Get Started
STEP 1 : APPLY FOR LICENSE WITH REAL ESTATE COMMISSION
The PA Real Estate Commission now only accepts applications online at pals.pa.gov . Click on "Register for a new account" and follow through the steps.
You will need to upload the following documentation
- Pennsylvania Exam Results
- National Exam Results
- Fundamentals Course Transcript
- Practice Course Transcript
You will need to enter our brokerage number in the application. Our brokerage number is RB066687 (Merek, LLC)
After applying for your license, you can visit the Real Estate Commission office to get your license without waiting for the commission to issue it the traditional way. Check out the instructions here.
STEP 2: KW OFFICE ONBOARDING DOCUMENTS
STEP 3: COMPLETE KELLER WILLIAMS REALTY INTERNATIONAL ONBOARDING DOCUMENTS
We will be emailing you an invitation to Join Keller Williams Realty to your email address from "no-reply@system.kw.com (subject: KW Invitation!)" with a link to the KW Joining Portal.
From there, you will be guided through a simple account setup process to create your new KW profile, set up your login information, learn more about KW culture, name a sponsor, and enroll as a new agent at Keller Williams Realty.
As soon as you complete the process, you will be able to immediately login to Command (agent.kw.com).
STEP 4: JOIN LOCAL ASSOCIATION AND MLS
You have a choice to join one of the following associations based on your location. Please use the links below to join your preferred Association:
GHAR - Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors
LCAR - Lebanon County Association of Realtors
LCAR - Lancaster County Association of Realtors - Please email Tracy@LCARonline.com. or all their office at 717-569-4625 for an application.
We will submit your membership application to the appropriate association immediately upon receiving your license number from the state. We cannot send this form until a license number has been issued. Once this occurs, be on the lookout email from communication directly from the association. It will contain a slew of information you will need.
You will receive the following items from your association
- MLS Id (NRDS Number)
- Bright MLS Access Setup- You will need to join BRIGHT MLS. They will provide information how to submit your application. The broker code you will need to use on your Bright MLS application is KWEASTBR2
- How to setup your Supra eKey

STEP 5: APPLY FOR BRIGHTMLS AND SHOWINGTIME
BRIGHT MLS - Once you receive your Welcome Email from your chosen association, you will use the information provided to you (NRDS ID). If you do not have your NRDS id you can check it here. To setup Bright MLS, visit https://login.brightmls.com/login and click JOIN US. You will need our broker code of KWEASTBR2 when it asks for it in the application.

STEP 6: Next Steps and ROADMAP TO SUCCESS
While you wait for your license number and your KW credentials from Scott LeRoy Marketing, please begin the Road Map to Success, available to download above or at the link below. This is crucial in jump starting your career in Real Estate.
The following items can also be completed while you are waiting on your license activation:
- Schedule your Office Orientation
- Schedule your Professional Headshot
- Complete your Database Worksheet utilizing this Memory Jogger. Remember - Real Estate is a Contact Sport and the more people that know you are an agent means the more potential business you can create. You'll want to include everyone and anyone you know on this spreadsheet. The important info is first and last name, email and phone number.
- Bring your Database Worksheet with you as a digital file to orientation or send to Frontdesk827@kw.com so that we can get it uploaded into your Command CRM
- Attend your GHAR Orientation
